Delicious and fresh
Toast almonds and sunflower kernels in a large skillet with 1 TBSP oil over medium heat about 4 minutes
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, onions, and peppers
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, pepper, ramen seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup oil
Pour mixture over salad and toss to coat
Refrigerate until serving
Break noodles into small pieces and stir in noodles, almonds, and sunflower kernels just before serving
