Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, hamburger, or leftover roast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced optional
- 3 cups rice or noodles, cooked
Instructions

Cut meat into small pieces or break up hamburger

In a large skillet, brown on medium high for 5-10 minutes

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well

Cook until heated through

Serve over rice or egg noodles
