Ingredients
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Mash beans in a large bowl

Stir in vegetables and spices

Add beaten egg

Stir in bread crumbs

Form mixture into 4-5 patties

Heat oil in a skillet and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side
