Easy Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 lb ground beef or any other ground meat
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 can beef broth or 1 cup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 4-6 servings mashed potatoes instant or using real potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions

brown hamburger with onions and spices, drain all but 2 tbsp fat

Stir in flour

Stir in broth and vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes

Prepare mashed potatoes, preheat oven to 400 degrees

Pour meat mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish. Spread evenly

Spoon mashed potatoes on top and spread evenly

Sprinkle with cheese

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes

Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving
