Here's a simple Hummus recipe with ingredients you probably have on hand!
			 Prep Time 5 minutes		
										
			 Total Time 5 minutes		
			Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans or chick peas drained and rinsed
 - 2 TBSP water
 - 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 TBSP lemon juice
 - 1 garlic clove minced
 - 3/4 tsp ground cumin
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 
Instructions

Add ingredients to a blender or food processor
 - 
										
Process until smooth and creamy
 - 
										
Add additional water if too thick
 - 
										
Add additional salt if needed
