Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/3 cup green onion diced
- 1 TBSP olive oil
Instructions

Combine tuna and spices into a large bowl. Stir until no large chunks of tuna remain.

Stir in bread crumbs, celery, and green onion.

Divide mixture into 4 equal amounts and form into patties

Place on plate, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 days)

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties for 5-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
