Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb round steak, hamburger, or leftover roast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced optional
  • 3 cups rice or noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into small pieces or break up hamburger

  2. In a large skillet, brown on medium high for 5-10 minutes

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well

  4. Cook until heated through

  5. Serve over rice or egg noodles
