Hamburger Rice Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked instant or regular rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can beans pinto, kidney, or black
- 1 can broth beef or chicken
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- cheese
Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain

Stir in rice, beans, broth, tomato sauce, and spices

Heat through and simmer for 10 minutes

Sprinkle with cheese when serving
