Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
Make Ramen Noodles into a complete meal

Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles discard flavor packet
- 1 pound ground beef
Sauce
- 1/3 cup beef stock
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce, soy sauce, or fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, white wine, or lemon juice
- 1 tsp sriracha or more to taste
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder or 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1 TBSP fresh ginger
Optional Vegetables to Add
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1/2 bell pepper diced
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 2 green onions diced
Instructions

Boil ramen noodles until tender 3-4 minutes, rinse and drain well

In a medium bowl, whisk together ingredients for sauce

Brown ground beef along with vegetables , crumble and drain excess fat

Stir in sauce, scraping bits from bottom of pan

Stir in noodles until heated through, 1-2 minutes

Serve with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired
