Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Make Ramen Noodles into a complete meal

  • 2 packages ramen noodles discard flavor packet
  • 1 pound ground beef


  • 1/3 cup beef stock
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce, soy sauce, or fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, white wine, or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha or more to taste
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder or 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1 TBSP fresh ginger

Optional Vegetables to Add

  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 2 green onions diced


  1. Boil ramen noodles until tender 3-4 minutes, rinse and drain well

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together ingredients for sauce

  3. Brown ground beef along with vegetables , crumble and drain excess fat

  4. Stir in sauce, scraping bits from bottom of pan

  5. Stir in noodles until heated through, 1-2 minutes

  6. Serve with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired
